EXCHANGE POLICY

Please complete an exchange request. Please include all items that you would like to exchange.

Exchange policy

  1. Please send any exchange requests to us within two weeks of receipt of your order

  2. Items can be exchanged for a different size but not for a different item. 

  3. Items must be returned to us at our address below in their original condition (with tags attached)

  4. If you request a refund, then there will be a transaction charge of ¥220 when we process the refund

  5. Please return items to us within two weeks of submitting the exchange request. If items are not received within two weeks, then the exchange request will be automatically rejected.

Exchange process

  1. Please complete the exchange request. Please include all items that you wish to return. 

  2. Please return the items that you wish to exchange to us at our address below. Please note that you will need to pay the shipping fee to return the items to us. We pay the shipping fee to send the new items to you. The replacement items will be shipped using the same shipping method as that used for your original order. 

  3. Please make sure that you include a note stating your order number with the items that you are returning. If you do not, there will be a delay in sending the replacement items to you.
