EXCHANGE POLICY

Please complete an exchange request. If you wish to both exchange and return items on the same order, PLEASE CREATE SEPARATE REQUESTS for the items that you wish to exchange and those that you wish to return.

Exchange policy

  1. Please send any exchange requests to us within two weeks of receipt of your order

  2. Items, other than custom items, can be exchanged for a different size but not for a different item. Custom items cannot be exchanged or returned

  3. Items must be returned to us at our address below in their original condition (with tags attached)

  4. If you request a refund, then there will be a transaction charge of ¥220 when we process the refund

  5. Please return items to us within two weeks of submitting the exchange request. If items are not received within two weeks, then the exchange request will be automatically rejected.

Exchange process

  1. Please complete the exchange request. If you wish to both exchange and return items on the same order, PLEASE CREATE SEPARATE REQUESTS for the items that you wish to exchange and those that you wish to return. 

  2. Please return the items that you wish to exchange to us at our address below. Please note that you will need to pay the shipping fee to return the items to us. We pay the shipping fee to send the new items to you.

  3. Please make sure that you include a note stating your order number with the items that you are returning. If you do not, there will be a delay in sending the replacement items to you.
