Please place your order on our online store. We cannot accept orders by email or telephone.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery to your home
If we receive your order and payment by 8 am on a business day, it will be shipped on the same day. If we receive it after 8 am, it will be shipped on the following business day. Orders are usually delivered on the day after they are shipped.
We will inform you of the tracking number - if you wish to track your delivery or arrange redelivery please contact the courier.
Collection at your company/ organisation
Orders are shipped to companies/organisations once a week. We will inform you by email when your order has been shipped - it will generally be available for collection the following day.
Orders for collection are shipped in reusable bags. Please return the bag to the place where you collected your order
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Bank transfer
If you select bank transfer as the payment method, then the bank transfer details will be included in your invoice.
Paypal and credit card
You can pay by credit card via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Please select Paypal as the payment method and follow the steps on the Paypal website.
